Kraft Heinz Co. Announced late Friday that it has appointed Andre Mitziel as its chief financial officer, as of March 2nd. Maciel will replace Paolo Basilio, who will step down on March 1, the company said. Basilio will remain with the company as a strategic advisor until August. Shares of Kraft Heinz fell around 0.1% in the prolonged session on Friday after the end of the regular trading day with a decrease of 0.2%.
